Voucher Agreement

Information about non-cash payment

Voucher system

The precondition for payment by voucher is the conclusion of a voucher agreement and a SEPA B2B - direct debit authorisation for customers in EU, EWR, Swiss or Monaco.

Customers who are not in the EU, EWR, Swiss or Monaco must deposit a payment of € 800 as security which remains with the SKB until the termination of the voucher agreement and cannot be set off against current payments. In subsequent years the maximum monthly turnover will be used to calculate the sum deposited as security, in the event that this exceeds € 800.
