The Trabant Guards Room
The Trabant Guards Room was the anteroom to the apartments of Emperor Franz Joseph. Day and night a non-commissioned officer of the Trabant Life Guards stood watch here. The Emperor's Staircase, which is behind the closed doors, was used not only by the emperor to gain access to his suite but also by people attending audiences.
