Parking
There are 3 parking spaces for persons with special needs in the Heldenplatz.
Wheelchairs / seating
Wheelchairs can be obtained free of charge upon deposit of an ID at the turnstile. There are a number of chairs in the state rooms.
Toilets
Barrier-free toilets can be found on the ground floor and on the first floor (only accessible with assistence of personnel).
Guide dogs
Guide dogs are admitted.
Accompanying person
Admission free for a person accompanying a blind visitor or a visitor in a wheelchair, provided
that the accompanying person is included in the ID.
Access to the display rooms
All exhibition areas are accessible via ramps, mobile wheelchair rails and via elevator (width: 125 cm, depth: 129 cm, door width: 78,5 cm). Please note that the wheelchair rails are not viable for especially heavy wheelchairs, three-wheeled models, or other special models. We recommend a consultation with our staff before buying your ticket.
